Routine Cleanings

To maintain optimal dental health, it is recommended that you visit the dentist for a routine cleaning twice a year. Routine cleanings are essential for spotting any signs of decay, gum disease or oral cancer. During a cleaning, our dental hygienist will thoroughly clean your teeth of plaque, tartar and food as well as inspect for abnormalities.

Our hygienist will also offer advice on how you can improve your at-home dental habits, so you can be proactive in between visits and prevent any issues from arising.

Fillings

If you have a cavity, a filling will restore strength to the tooth and protect it from further damage. A filling blocks off the empty space created by removing the decayed area of the tooth, so bacteria, plaque or tartar can’t enter. This prevents more decay. Today, there are several options for fillings, but we use tooth-colored fillings made out of a composite resin. These fillings are custom-created to match the color of your teeth, so you receive a seamless finish.

Root Canals

When a tooth has too much decay or infection for a filling but isn’t severe enough to require an extraction, we will provide a root canal. A root canal involves removing the infected pulp inside of the tooth and disinfecting it. Then, we will restore the tooth with a crown to prevent further damage and improve function. Our team will make this treatment as comfortable and stress-free as possible!

Extractions

If a tooth has a severe cavity or has experienced trauma or breakage beyond repair, the best option is to extract it. Our team understands that this can be a stressful experience for patients. However, we always work to make you feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible. We also have options for sedation dentistry if you so choose. After the extraction, we can discuss options for replacing the tooth, such as with a bridge or partial denture.

Dental Implant Restorations

If you are missing a tooth and have had a dental implant inserted to replace it, we can restore the implant using a custom-created crown. After the crown is implemented, you will have improved chewing and speaking functions as well as more confidence in your smile!

Dentures & Partials

Dentures are great options for replacing teeth and restoring your bite and ability to speak. Whether you need a full or partial set, we will provide you with dentures that are comfortable and fit properly in your mouth by taking careful, precise measurements. Using these measurements, we will custom-create a set for you using the highest quality materials.
